Picket Fence Option A

This is the smallest fence option, giving your playhouse added character and only available on smaller buildings. The 2 side fence sections are 1ft11"/586mm wide. The 2 front fence sections are 1ft/293mm wide.

Picket Fence Option B

Another small fence option for added style, only available on larger buildings. The 2 side fence sections are 1ft11"/586mm wide. The 2 front fence sections are also 1ft11"/586mm wide.

Picket Fence Option C

A larger fence option designed for adding extra style and charm, perfect for keeping toys together in one place. When placed on decking, the fence extends 1172mm from the front of the building. Without the decking, the fence extends 1211mm from the front of the building. Only available on smaller buildings.

The 2 side fence sections are 3ft10"/1172mm wide. The 2 front fence sections are 1ft/293mm wide.

Picket Fence Option D

This is the largest picket fence option available, for larger buildings only. Provides an enclosed play space that also helps to keep your garden tidy.

When placed on decking, the fence extends 1172mm from the front of the building. Without the decking, the fence extends 1211mm from the front of the building.

The 2 side fence sections are 3ft10"/1172mm wide. The 2 front fence sections are 1ft11"/586mm wide.

Is the wood treated?

Our playhouses get a beautiful golden brown spray treatment before leaving the factory in order to preserve the quality of the wood. As this only lasts through the transit stage, we do recommend treating the wood after installation to protect it.

What is Tongue and Groove?

Our durable playhouses are built with tongue and groove sections — including the roof and floor — for extreme strength and durability. The T&G feature also makes each part of the wooden playhouse easy to attach, allowing a tight fit between them.

Tongue and groove construction also provides our playhouses with excellent weather protection. Interlocking panels ensure that water cannot infiltrate the structure, protecting its parts from corrosion.

Aside from their wooden assembly, our children’s playhouses also come with premium mineral felt roofs. It provides superior protection and durability to these outdoor structures’ roofs.

What ages are your playhouses suitable for?

Our playhouses are not designed for children aged under 36 months as there are many small parts, which may be a potential choking hazard. Furthermore, there is often a maximum user weight of 50kg when tower playhouses and two-story playhouses are concerned. We also recommend keeping the playhouses a minimum of 2m clear from any obstructions or other structures.

Can you paint the playhouse?
Whilst our playhouses are delivered undecorated with the natural wooden surface, encourage your little ones to paint and splash some of their favourite colours so that they can have a colourful play den. There are so many ways to make your little ones’ playpen more homely and colourful looking. A variety of colours can be purchased as an optional extra with your playhouse.
Is a floor and roof included?

Yes! All our playhouses come with a floor and roof as standard. Our standard roof and floor option is the 11mm Tongue and Groove. This interlocking roof and floor provides a reliable covering for any building. The Tongue and Groove not only gives your building a stronger roof but more premium look and feel..

Our 11mm flooring option provides a durable and solid foundation to the building. The 11mm option is ideal for less demanding and frequent usage, suitable for lighter intensity purposes like summer houses and other living spaces containing light furniture. The 11mm tongue and groove timber makes this a solid yet suitable, economic option.

Our playhouses also come with premium mineral felt roofs. It provides superior protection and durability to these outdoor structures’ roofs.

What is the glazing?
Our playhouses use shatter-resistant plastic (SAN). SAN is used for its UV properties and the tougher finish avoids breakages, when compared to the properties of glass shattering.
Will I need planning permission for this building?
If the building is shorter than 2.5m tall you should not require planning permission, (unless it’s more than 50% of your garden or to be put in your front garden). Planning permission rules can vary by area so we would strongly recommend checking your local council rules before ordering from us.
How long does it take to assemble this building?
We do not offer an installation service on any of our buildings, our buildings are designed & made to be easy and simple to assemble. Using the assembly instruction included and with a team of just 2 people and a bit of DIY knowledge you can expect to have your BillyOh building up within a day, or as little as 3-4 hours with some of our smaller buildings.
How is the building delivered?
Our playhouses are delivered in easy to assemble panels. For your convenience the panels are no wider than 4ft so they can be easily maneuverable and fit through a standard doorway.

Your order can be tracked through the account section on our website or by contacting us directly. You will be contacted after your order by our helpful care team to arrange delivery of your building.

We offer a pay by finance option on any purchase over the value of £560.
